About Us

Flex Family Health started as a vision and longing to take primary care back to the "good ol' days"- the days where your provider was just a phone call away, easy to access, and didn't cost you an arm and a leg. We strive to provide care that is individualized, collaborative and high-quality. Our belief is that your health is your own, and we believe in educating our patients and empowering them to make the healthcare decisions that are right for them.
